Deposits and Cancelations
A credit card must be on file to book all appointments, except prepaid consultation appointments. Cancelling within 24 hours or less of the appointment’s start time results in a non-refundable charge to the credit card on file. The cancellation charge is 50% of the service cost. To cancel more than 24 hours in advance without penalty, call Mon Ami Spa at #601-790-9821. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL OR MESSAGE ON SOCIAL MEDIA.
PREPAID CONSULTATION APPOINTMENTS: Prepaid consultation appointments can be rescheduled without penalty if notice (by phone call) is provided more than 24-hours before the appointment’s start time. WE CAN NOT REFUND ANY PREPAID APPOINTMENTS CANCELED WITHIN 24 HOURS OR LESS.
FILLER, COOLSCULPTING & SECRET RF: A non-refundable $250 deposit is required to book. At least 48-hours’ notice is required to reschedule the appointment without penalty. Cancelling or rescheduling within less than 48 hours results in forfeiture of the $250 deposit.
NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS: Clients that do not show up for the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the total cost of the service. The charge will be made to the credit card on file. (No-show means that one does not call to cancel and does not come for their appointment.)
Appointments less than 30 minutes require timely arrival. Late arrivals on longer appointments will result in shorter service time.
Why Are We Doing This:
We value your time and your business very much and know that you appreciate and value our time as well. We need time to fill appointments when cancelations occur. This benefits our service providers and also other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
There are no refunds on services or packages. Products can be exchanged for another item and/or spa credit if returned unopened within 3 days of purchase. There are no refunds on any opened products or unopened products after 3 days of purchase.
